10.5 mile, 21 mile, and GOATz 50k

The 10.5 mile loop course will include two fully stocked and manned aid stations. One at the start/finish and another midway station. Unmanned water stops will be placed no more than 3 miles apart throughout the course.

Many locations along the course, including the mid-way aid station are accessible to family and friends. You may meet them at any of the locations, however, please be respectful of other visitors to the lake. Do not block entrances to parking lots or roads while waiting for your runner. Pull over to the edge at all times. If you are unable to pull over, please find another location.

The start/finish area will be the only drop bag location. Drop bags will be located closely to the start/finish aid station and you will have access to them each time through. 

5 mile

There will be a water stop located approximately 2.5 miles into your race. The stop will have water and sport drink.
